As a Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor, you will lead a team of up to 100 workers while minimizing hazards and training staff in safety procedures and company policies. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, recommending personnel actions, and coordinating work activities to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Minimize hazards during food production processes
• Train staff on duties and safety measures
• Recommend hiring and promotion actions
• Prepare detailed production and quality reports
• Coordinate activities among different work units
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
• Knowledge of Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations
• Strong oral communication and reliability skills
