This full-time permanent position based in Richmond, BC is ideal for candidates with a background in manufacturing. In this role, you will maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for high-quality mixes while collaborating with the Quality Department to optimize production methods. Your contributions will significantly impact product excellence in the mining and exploration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain SOP for diamond and powder mixing

• Engage with the Quality Department for ongoing improvements

• Prepare recycled and new molds for quality assurance

• Work safely with large metal batches of materials

• Monitor quality during production processes effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 completion or equivalent

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Proficient English language skills necessary

• Mechanically inclined with a keen eye for details

• Able to lift/move weights up to 20 lbs
