This permanent, full-time position requires candidates to have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of baking experience. As a Baker, you will prepare various baked goods, including breads, rolls, and pastries. You will also oversee staff, maintain product quality, and ensure an organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare special occasion pastries for weddings and birthdays
• Bake mixed dough, cakes, and batters with precision
• Supervise kitchen staff in food prep and handling
• Decorate cakes and baked goods to meet client expectations
• Organize bakery inventory and oversee merchandising
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
