Position: Richmond Full-Time Coffee Roaster Role
Embark on a rewarding career as a Coffee Roaster with Canterbury in Richmond. As a full-time Manufacturing team member, you will handle coffee roasting operations while ensuring safety and quality.

This dynamic role emphasizes your mechanical abilities and attention to detail as you operate large-scale roasting equipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting production goals while supporting a clean and organized workstation in collaboration with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large coffee roasting machines and grinders

• Adjust controls for optimal batching and performance

• Safely conduct green coffee dumping

• Comply with SQF standards for food safety

• Support team collaboration in achieving production goals

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Forklift certification Class 1, 4, & 5 is beneficial

• Experience with SQF and HACCP standards an advantage

• 1 year of machinery operation in manufacturing is an asset

• Strong mechanical skills are appreciated
