Experienced Class A Pressure Welder

Join FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. as a Qualified Pressure Welder (Class

A) and excel in high-quality pressure welding for food-grade equipment. Your expertise in GTAW welding will ensure compliance with safety standards and welding codes.

You will bring your considerable 5-7 years of experience to our manufacturing team, performing pressure welding tasks that include interpreting technical specifications, executing precision GTAW welding, and maintaining the cleanliness of internal welds. Leadership in guiding Class IT welders will be essential, along with compliance to performance qualifications under ASME standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality pressure welding according to safety regulations

• Read and interpret welding procedures and engineering drawings

• Execute GTAW welding on SS304 and SS316 thin-walled piping

• Maintain accurate welder logbook records

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with WPS/PQR requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Pressure Welder Certificate from TSBC

• Minimum 5–7 years of pressure welding experience in Canada

• Advanced GTAW welding skills on stainless steel thin-walled piping

• Ability to lead and mentor junior welders

• Strong attention to detail in welding workmanship
