Batcher Operator – Full Time – Production Operations – Richmond Hill, ON

The Batcher Operator position is responsible for measuring, weighing, and preparing materials and ingredients according to recipe cards to support the batching and blending process.

• Measuring and weighing materials and ingredients according to recipe cards.
• Recording lot numbers for all materials used in the batching process.
• Measuring weights, tagging, and staging ingredients for blending equipment.
• Operating equipment including bins, blenders, PLC‑controlled agitation and transfer systems, blanchers, and soakers.
• Ensuring consistent and accurate measurement and blending to support continuous product supply to filling equipment.
• Performing sanitation, sanitary maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Demonstrating quick thinking and remaining responsive to surroundings, production requirements, and operational conditions.

This is a full‑time permanent role on the night shift, operating from 7:00pm to 7:30am on a rotating schedule. The hourly rate starts at $28.89 per hour.

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing‑related experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.
