This critically important position requires a candidate with deep skills in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. With a strong commitment to safety and quality control, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure every project maintains the highest industry standards. Your experience in blueprint interpretation combined with hands-on installation support will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute precise welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricate components using various tools and machines
• Assist in the installation of fabricated structures on vessels
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in marine fabrication
• Expertise in marine-grade welding techniques
• Preferred CWB or Red Seal certification
• Willingness to work flexible hours under various conditions
• Proven ability to manage time effectively
