Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the production team in a world‑leading freezer and cooler manufacturer for the food processing industry. This position involves planning and tracking the production process by performing clerical duties and applying technical know‑how to support production. You are expected to work in a result‑based culture and receive a rewarding career to grow with our corporate globally.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise and collect operational information and data to plan and follow up on production

Assist in the planning and preparation of materials and parts for production

Conduct production tracking, quality control, and storage of production parts

Perform clerical duties and prepare documents and information for production

Utilize basic reading knowledge of AutoCAD technical drawings

Administer proper maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and workstation

Comply with the requirements of WorkSafeBC and workplace safety

Perform production‑related duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

College graduate

Ability to read AutoCAD drawings preferred

Ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage but not required

Ability to work overtime

Flexible to adapt to a fast‑moving culture

Possess a positive attitude to take the initiative and work as a team
