Position: Full-Time Packer at Canterbury
Become a vital member of Canterbury’s Manufacturing team as a full-time Packer in Richmond. This role focuses on product monitoring, packing, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Canterbury is looking for a motivated Packer to play an essential role in our manufacturing process. The position is full-time and permanent, requiring candidates who can lift up to 30 lbs. and stay active in a fast-paced environment. You will support product packing while adhering to strict safety regulations and quality standards based on SQF, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor products as they exit the manufacturing line

• Pack products accurately while applying labels

• Verify case counts and ensure compliance with quality standards

• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift

• Experience with packaging or production lines is an asset

• Knowledge of safety programs like SQF, HACCP, GMP is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills
