Seafood Production Worker Position

Join Intercity Packers as a full-time Seafood Production Worker in Richmond. Focus on fish processing and thrive in a cool, dynamic workplace.

In this permanent role in our Seafood Processing Division, you will work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Your main duties include lifting, packaging fish, and operating production machines under minimal supervision, contributing to high-quality seafood offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process fish by pin boning for quality assurance

• Lift and package fish into designated containers

• Operate various production machines effectively

• Create ice bags and pack boxes for shipping

• Ensure equipment cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to the Richmond site

• Comfort in cold, wet working conditions required

• Forklift experience considered an asset

• Capability to stand and walk for long durations

• Knowledge of safety and lifting procedures valuable
