In this permanent, full-time role, you will contribute significantly to our coffee production process. Your main responsibilities will include operating various roasting and grinding equipment while adhering to strict food safety standards. You'll work closely with your team to ensure optimal performance and achieve production goals in a clean work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor coffee roasting systems

• Adjust controls for batching and grinding processes

• Ensure accurate green coffee handling practices

• Uphold SQF standards and continuous improvement efforts

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum High School education or GED

• Forklift certification Class 1, 4, & 5 is a plus

• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, or GMP preferred

• 1-year manufacturing machinery experience preferred

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is valuable
