Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. was founded in 1993 to provide Food service Customers with a fresh alternative. Our outstanding supply network, efficient distribution, and modern processing plant are part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables.
We are currently hiring a  Full-Time Production Supervisor  for our Richmond, BC location. The role involves overseeing workflow and personnel, coaching, resolving issues, and supporting staff and management.
Position:  Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Day Shift (flexibility required)
Salary:  $58,/year plus quarterly performance bonus

Responsibilities include:

Tracking and reporting production metrics
Measuring and controlling yields
Collaborating on product development and costing
Managing productivity, labor, and overtime
Improving production processes
Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF, and safety regulations
Training staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing HR procedures
Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

Experience in produce industry or production facility (asset)
Leadership experience (asset)
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail, motivation, teamwork, communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve moderate problems
Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
