Food Production Specialist

We are looking for hardworking, reliable Food Production Specialists to join a startup facility in Richmond specializing in high-quality meat and rice bowls. Pay: $21.00 per hour

• Day: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Richmond, BC – the facility is not bus accessible. You must have a reliable vehicle.

• Work in a cold production environment for the duration of the shift.
• Handle, scoop, and package various meats (chicken, beef, and pork).
• Perform repetitive movements and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
• Participate in paid orientation and task‑specific training on Day 1.

• Commitment: can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for the food industry.
• Communication: fluent English, able to read and speak clearly.
• Documentation: valid work permit, valid for at least one year before expiration.

GMP Standards (Good Manufacturing Practices):

• Strict hygiene required – no fake nails, fake lashes, jewelry, or perfume.
• Comfortable wearing hair nets, face nets, smocks, and bootie covers.
• Must have personal steel‑toe boots.
