Position: Senior Operations Management Role at Donald's Fine Foods
Enhance operational performance at Donald's Fine Foods as a Senior Operations Manager. Lead the manufacturing and logistics teams effectively at our Mitchell Island plant.

As the operations lead, you will report to the Plant Manager and ensure that production meets budgetary and operational standards. You'll have the crucial role of enforcing HACCP protocols while promoting a safe work environment. Your leadership will shape the productivity and safety culture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production, warehousing, and shipping

• Plan and allocate workforce requirements

• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety audits

• Mentor and guide production staff and supervisors

• Utilize KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years in production or operations management

• Relevant degree or diploma highly valued

• Understanding of HACCP standards essential

• Union experience beneficial

• Excellent people management skills required
