Position: Full-Time Coffee Roaster at Canterbury
Become a vital member of Canterbury's Manufacturing team as a full-time Coffee Roaster in Richmond. Operate advanced roasting equipment safely and uphold top-quality standards for our coffee products.

As a Coffee Roaster, you will work within a well-organized team environment focused on production efficiency and product quality.

Your role includes operating roasting machines and blending systems while ensuring compliance with SQF standards. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coffee roasters, grinders, and batching systems accurately

• Monitor and adjust controls for optimal machine performance

• Handle green coffee dumping with precision and safety

• Uphold SQF standards and support continuous improvement

• Collaborate with the team to keep a clean working environment

Requirements:

• High School education or GED required

• Forklift certification Class 1, 4, & 5 an asset

• Previous experience with safety programs preferred

• 1 year of machinery operation experience

• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
