Position: Test Technician for Product Development
Elevate your technical skills as a Test Technician responsible for new product transitions and process enhancements in a collaborative on-site role.

In this Test Technician position, you will contribute to the integration of new product designs into production while working closely with engineering teams. Your focus will center on evaluating manufacturing procedures and driving continuous improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in introducing new product designs to manufacturing

• Analyze and refine production processes for better performance

• Perform inspections and report findings to Engineering

• Manage Engineering Change Orders and assist in updates

• Partner with Production Technicians to fix component issues

Requirements:

• Electronics/Electrical Technology Diploma/Degree

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field

• Understanding of mechanical/electrical assemblies

• Proficiency in MS Office and electrical components

• Familiarity with RF communication principles
