CNC Programmer

Elevate your career as a CNC Programmer / Applications Specialist in Richmond. This in-person role focuses on developing CNC programs and optimizing machining processes.

As a full-time CNC Programmer / Applications Specialist, you will create programs for 3–5 axis CNC machines, design fixtures, and enhance manufacturing outcomes. Strong experience in automation and a deep understanding of machining processes are essential. You will actively support production teams, ensuring both quality and efficiency in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs using CAM and 3D CAD

• Create and modify 3D models and machining strategies

• Design fixtures and setup methods for machining

• Verify CNC programs for safety and manufacturability

• Assist in troubleshooting during program prove-outs

Requirements:

• Strong experience with 3-5 axis CNC programming

• Knowledge of G-code and tooling parameters

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication skills in English
