Primary Duties:

  • Manage planning functions for continued on time delivery above 95%
  • Make Weekly Production schedule to Facilitate smooth Production Flow
  • Develop processes and procedures under guidance of Production Manager that support the organizational goals
  • Maintain all planning functions within the ERP system to Support Production
  • Ensure manufacturing plans are created to meet sales goals
  • Committing ship dates to Sales using different resources in ERP
  • Timely communication with Sales
  • Manage expedite requests from Sales and Customer service
  • Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, QA, material handling and production
  • Accountable for holding daily backlog meeting
  • Review customer project schedules in Wrike and ensure milestones are met
Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Must have excellent organization skills to achieve multiple requirements and Delivery dates
  • Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and MRP process
  • Must have the ability to understand technical documents like drawings.
  • Must be Customer focused, understanding and adding value to both internal and external Customer relationships.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to deliver results that are consistent with organizational needs.
  • Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels using a variety of media.
  • Listen effectively and draw information from others.
  • Initiative
    - Demonstrates a proactive approach to improvement. Identifies opportunities, investigates them and acts without prompting.
  • Problem Solving
    -Demonstrates the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions and implement them quickly and effectively.
