Position: Production Engineer at Norsat International
Elevate your engineering career as a Production Engineer at Norsat International Inc. This on-site role focuses on transferring innovative products to production while troubleshooting technical issues.

As a Production Engineer, you will collaborate with the Production team to transition designed products effectively. You will also review and update production procedures, handle first article inspections, and initiate engineering change orders. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving efficiency and addressing any production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the transfer of products to manufacturing

• Review procedures for accuracy and efficiency

• Conduct first article inspections and provide feedback

• Initiate engineering change orders and design updates

• Troubleshoot component failures with Production Technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• 3 years of experience with RF testing preferred

• Knowledge of MRP systems and ECO processes

• Familiarity with ISO 90001 manufacturing standards

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing practices
