Lead Seafood Processing Plant Manager

C2C is looking for a Plant Manager in Richmond, British Columbia, to lead seafood processing operations and ensure product quality and safety standards. Embrace a role focused on team leadership and continuous improvement.

In this full-time permanent role, you will report directly to the General Manager and manage all facets of operations within the seafood processing facility. Your expertise will contribute to achieving production goals and overseeing the training of a high-performing workforce. Advanced leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and quality compliance

• Monitor KPIs to enhance operational performance

• Drive inventory management and cost efficiencies

• Mentor supervisors and manage employee performance

• Work closely with the HACCP manager on food safety

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in seafood processing management

• Strong background in food manufacturing

• Experience in fast-paced production environments

• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
