Press Helper

Position: Press Helper at ProAmpac
Advance your career as a Press Helper with Pro Ampac, a leader in flexible packaging solutions. Support the Press Operator in ensuring productivity and quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will assist with running the press effectively and monitor ink levels to maintain print quality.

Your role includes palletizing finished rolls, splicing plastic for job continuity, and adhering to safety and organizational standards. Experience in a flexographic environment can propel your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Press Operator to enhance productivity levels

• Insert cylinders into rolls and secure them to the press

• Splice rolls for uninterrupted printing

• Monitor and fill ink levels at regular intervals

• Palletize and stage finished rolls for shipment

Requirements:

• Experience in flexographic or litho press environments

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role

• Availability for 8-hour rotating shifts
