Compensation  The typical hiring range for this position is $/hour depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities   Pick and stage orders in the warehouse
Load and unload trucks
Operate an electric sit-down counterbalance safely and efficiently
Use barcode system to locate product in the warehouse
Unload production lines and put away product in the warehouse as required
Ensure all equipment is operating properly and inform appropriate personnel of any problems
Count inventory as required
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating a forklift
Comfortable working outside from time to time sorting pallets and bringing pallets to production
Other general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications   Current forklift certificate class 1, 4, 5 required
3-5 years of forklift experience required
Certification with high-reach forklift is considered an asset
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work well with people in a team environment
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, as this position requires lifting, bending, and moderate physical exertion
Ability to multi-task
