Hansen Industries is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our Sheet Metal Shop for the Afternoon shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. You will be responsible for setting up welding equipment, inspecting completed welds, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding will be critical in producing high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust and clean welding machines as required

• Follow detailed job specifications and drawings

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards

• Repair products using advanced welding techniques

• Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Holding a minimum C level welding ticket

• Necessary prior experience in a manufacturing context

• Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings

• Experienced in working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

• Creative mindset with a desire to expand skills
