You will supervise daily production operations and ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental standards. Leading by example, the Production Shift Supervisor supports a culture of safety while guiding Performance Operators towards meeting production goals. Effective troubleshooting and prioritization skills are essential for navigating the fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a culture of health and safety on the production floor
• Supervise and mentor Process Operators to meet production goals
• Monitor and manage equipment and process-related issues
• Keep accurate records of shift operations and incidents
• Ensure adherence to emergency response and First Aid protocols
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields
• 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of problem-solving and failure investigation methods
• Basic electrical systems and machinery troubleshooting skills
• High level of communication and decision-making ability
