In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the coffee roasting and manufacturing process, ensuring that our standards meet evolving customer demands. Key Responsibilities:
• Set standards for food safety and operational compliance
• Translate business needs into actionable plant goals
• Implement Lean manufacturing for operational improvements
• Mentor and develop future plant leaders within teams
• Partner across departments to enhance business decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Science, or Operations Management
• 7-10 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement
• Experience with food manufacturing and compliance
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities
