On-Site Concrete Finishing Supervisor

We are in search of a Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Sams Concrete. This role involves supervising 3-4 workers, estimating project costs, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety on-site. You’ll prepare essential production reports and coordinate project activities while working outdoors in a lively environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise finishing tasks and direct team efforts

• Prepare production and related reports for management

• Schedule and coordinate project activities

• Estimate and requisition necessary materials

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Requires a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of supervisory experience

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Prepared to work in outdoor and noisy conditions
