Your role will be critical in ensuring the quality of composite parts through skilled machine manipulation and quality control methods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage Electroimpact AFP machines for production
• Load, monitor, and adjust materials to ensure quality
• Conduct dry runs and calibrate systems for accuracy
• Oversee compliance during fiber placement operations
• Maintain accurate records of operations and defects
Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident able to obtain clearance
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Preferred: experience with AFP or similar systems in industry
• Mechanical aptitude and technical coursework beneficial
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
