We are looking for a Print Production Specialist to join our team. You’ll be a key part of the team responsible for preparing production graphic files and printing them to final output.
This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, hands-on experience with printing equipment, and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be self-directed, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

On Any Given Day, You’ll Be Doing One or More of the Following:- Prepare graphic files for UV inkjet printing, sublimation, digital printing, and engraving.
- Print paper and plastic products using digital printers.
- Prepare variable data name-list files in Excel for import.
- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printers, cutters, and laser engravers.
- Manage print schedules and production timelines to ensure job accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect printed materials for quality, colour accuracy, and finishing, and perform colour correction during the manufacturing process when needed.
- Help maintain a clean and well-organized manufacturing environment and assist with recycling.
- Create customized software templates and customer samples.
- Maintain an inventory of printing consumables.
- Follow all safety and quality standards in the print environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Assist in other areas of the Operations Department as capacity requires, including taping, assembling name badges, and jig loading.
- A high school diploma or related post-secondary education
- Two to five years of graphic design experience in print production or digital printing
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with RIP software, colour calibration tools, and colour management
- The ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and excellent organizational skills
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a standing position as needed
