Apply sanitation expertise at Team Bento’s Ontario Food Factory in Richmond Hill, using chemicals to clean equipment, utensils, and facility surfaces daily.
This full-time Sanitation Teammate role supports cleanliness at 25 Sims Crescent, Unit 1, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will maintain production and staff areas while completing records, inspections, and sanitizer testing. The work requires chemical use, written SOP compliance, and attention to sanitation deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors
- Maintain office and staff cafeteria cleanliness
- Inspect equipment and utensils for damage or missing parts
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials as required
- Test sanitizer concentrations and complete daily records
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg
- Minimum high school diploma
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS certificate is an asset
- Ability to follow written standard operating procedures
