We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and help expand our brand presence across local and international markets.

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies and plansto promote a company's services,enhance brand awareness andexpand market share.
• Plan,oversee andoptimizeadvertising and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, new marketing channels,target audiences, and potential partnerships.
• Represent the companyatcommunity events,education fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and prepare analytical reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Prepare monthly reports for company stakeholders, summarizing key marketing and sales activities, market trends, client engagement, and overall business performance.
• Analyze and interpret IRCC data to provide actionable insights on immigration and international study trends, competitor movements, and client behavior patterns that impact company strategy.
• Evaluate sales performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition cost, presenting clear visualizations and data-driven conclusions.
• Develop and present sales and marketing strategies based on monthly performance results, recommending adjustments to campaigns, pricing, or market positioning to enhance revenue.
• Maintain transparency and accountability by tracking progress toward quarterly and annual sales targets, highlighting challenges, service development, risk management, and opportunities for growth.
• Achieve sales and marketing performance goals as set by management.

• Bachelor?s degreeor higher
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, partnership development, or client relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
