As we continue to expand, we are seeking driven and creative Marketing Specialists who are ready to grow their careers, strengthen our brand presence, and support our sales team through effective digital and offline marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation to enhance the dealership’s visibility and performance.

• 8-hour shifts
• Two days off per week (flexible scheduling)

• Support company growth through targeted marketing programs and campaigns
• Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, social media, and other digital channels
• Manage daily social media content, postings, and audience engagement
• Manage vehicle inventory systems and update listings across all platforms
• Create SEO-friendly vehicle listings with high-quality photos, videos, and descriptions
• Track, measure, and report key marketing metrics such as engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to enhance customer experience and branding

• 1–2 years of marketing experience (automotive industry experience is an asset, but not required)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with Auto Trader, Car Gurus, Marketplace, etc. is a plus
• Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in communication
• Self-driven with excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License; able to work on-site and occasionally in the field
