OverviewRole summary: a hands-on, creative marketing position supporting integrated campaigns, content creation, and storytelling across B2B audiences within the sustainable infrastructure / built environment sector.
Responsibilities- Create engaging written and visual content across campaigns, case studies, blogs, emails, social media, and video scripts
- Translate complex technical or policy-led topics into clear, compelling stories for varied B2B audiences
- Support integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to activation and performance review
- Upload, schedule, and manage content in Hub Spot, ensuring accurate tagging, links, and visuals
- Monitor content and campaign performance to understand engagement and inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and events teams to capture success stories and insights
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing outputs
- Support international content adaptation across multiple markets where required
- £35,000-£40,000

What we're looking for:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a clear, engaging style
- Experience creating B2B marketing content and content performance analysis
- Confidence using tools such as Hub Spot, Linked In, Canva, or Word Press
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
