Marketing Automation & Content Manager; -Performing Intermediate/Senior
On-site | Vancouver, BC (currently in Richmond, moving mid–late March to 100-8365 Ontario Street, Vancouver, BC)
Full-time | Base salary: CA $80,000–$115,000 (levelled by experience and capability)

We’re hiring one hands‑on Marketing Automation & Content Manager to support B2B marketing. This role owns Hub Spot automation, but it is heavily content-driven.
Excellent English writing and communication are essential. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing and producing content in English, turning complex industrial products into clear, compelling messaging for global customers. We need someone who is super comfortable producing high‑quality content in English consistently and independently.
This is not an agency‑management role. It’s a doer/builder role for someone who enjoys writing, publishing consistently, and improving performance through data. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and sales with clear ownership and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:- Owning Hub Spot end to end: workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and email sequences
- Setting up and running tradeshow and event lead capture and follow‑up automation
- Maintaining CRM hygiene including lifecycle stages, properties, segmentation, and data quality
- Building dashboards and reporting to track lead flow, conversion rates, and source performance
- Ensuring clean and timely lead handoff to sales with routing, context, and follow‑up triggers
- Producing and publishing high‑quality English content on a consistent cadence
- Owning and improving product pages, FAQs, product updates, and website messaging
- Creating case studies and customer success stories
- Writing a monthly newsletter and weekly Linked In content
- Supporting product launches with clear technical‑to‑business positioning and copy
- Collaborating with engineering to ensure content accuracy and clarity
- Conducting keyword and search‑intent research and building content around real buyer questions
- Optimizing on‑page SEO and continuously improving content performance
- Improving content for AI and LLM‑style search visibility with clear answers and structured pages
High‑performing intermediate: 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, strong English writing with a consistent publishing track record, hands‑on Hub Spot automation, SEO‑literate and intent‑driven
Senior: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional English writer/editor who can set messaging standards, able to improve Hub Spot architecture and reporting, able to build repeatable content and SEO systems
Nice to have (not required): experience with industrial or technical products, monitoring or supporting paid campaigns, basic design skills, light video or audio editing.
In the first 90 days, success looks like:- A consistent English content cadence running across web, Linked In, and newsletter
- Priority product pages and FAQs refreshed for clarity, SEO, and conversion
- Hub Spot workflows and lead handoff clean, reliable, and documented
- A reporting dashboard in place and reviewed regularly with leadership
A writing assessment will be part of the interview process.
If you are selected for an interview, we will ask you to share the following:- 2–3 English writing samples (product page, case study, blog, newsletter, or Linked In)
- A short note on your Hub Spot automation experience with two examples of workflows or campaigns you built
- The KPIs you’ve reported on monthly (traffic, conversion, MQL/SQL, pipeline influence, etc.)
