In this role, your creativity will shine as you oversee the content development for social media channels, helping turn visitors into loyal advocates. You will work with the Marketing department to lead exciting initiatives that engage followers on Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms while measuring success through key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer social media content and strategies
• Lead creative brief development for content creators
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
• Address customer comments and inquiries on social media
• Review and report on social media performance metrics
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in social community management
• Solid writing skills for enhancing brand voice
• Proficiency in social media management software
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
