Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute offline marketing initiatives, including pop-up events, workshops, and promotional activations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including promotional materials, event communications, and campaign assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, influencers, and community partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Experience planning and executing events is highly preferred.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience handling customer interactions, problem-solving, and service recovery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
