In this position, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored care for clients facing serious health challenges.
Your role includes teaching families about illness, advocating for patients, and maintaining clinical competence through documentation and collaboration. Active participation in hospital initiatives and research projects will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan individualized care for patients
• Educate clients and their families on health topics
• Document all care accurately according to policies
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers
• Participate in research initiatives and committees
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license with BCCNM
• Demonstrated nursing ability in specialized client groups
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Capability to work well in team settings
• Clinical skills in patient care and equipment use
