Responsabilities :
- Work closely with licensed practical nurses and beneficiary attendants to set goals for each resident
- Promote residents' wellbeing and care quality using the "living environment" approach
- Assist the Unit Managers in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services to provide quality care to residents and promote independence and quality of life
- Respond to clinical emergencies
- Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) member
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or courses in geriatrics, an asset
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and French. This job requires English to meet residents' needs, who are primarily English speakers
- Two years' experience in a similar job, an asset
