Clinical Resource Nurse in Palliative Care

At Vancouver Coastal Health, a Clinical Resource Nurse plays a pivotal role in implementing effective palliative care practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff development through coaching and mentoring
• Act as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary health teams
• Implement and evaluate education programs for clinical practice
• Develop care plans centered around patient and family needs
• Guide conflict resolution and change management processes
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM and current CNA Certification
• Five years experience in Palliative Care and Home Care Nursing
• Valid driver's license with access to personal vehicle
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead educational initiatives effectively
