Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care tailored to oncology patients’ needs
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to resolve client issues
• Uphold clinical competence and address emergencies effectively
• Lead and participate in designated committees and research
• Educate clients and families about their care journey
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized oncology nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in chemotherapy techniques
• Broad understanding of cancer treatment and nursing practice
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
