In this role at Vancouver Coastal Health, you'll be responsible for coordinating mental health and addiction services alongside an interdisciplinary team. This position requires a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with strong leadership skills to oversee client care and supervise staff. Here, you will lead service enhancements and support your team in providing effective treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate comprehensive mental health care for clients
• Supervise nursing staff and guide their development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Implement evidence-based practices and recovery strategies
• Assist in administrative and research tasks in healthcare
Requirements:
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN
• Three years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Experience in an administrative supervisory capacity
• Valid BC Driver's License for on-the-job transportation
• Knowledge in crisis intervention and mental health principles
