In this vital position, you will assume responsibility for nursing care at Rotary Hospice House, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and the organization's mission. With a strong focus on both physical and emotional well-being, you will monitor treatment regimes and provide holistic support to residents and their families while documenting all aspects of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care following ethical guidelines and policies
• Monitor residents’ health status and treatment regimen
• Administer medications and observe changes in condition
• Prepare equipment and supplies for care delivery
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in hospice/palliative care preferred
• Must consent to background check and screenings
