Join The Salvation Army as a casual Registered Nurse at Rotary Hospice House. This role emphasizes compassionate care, focusing on the dignity and individual needs of residents while working in a supportive environment.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care in alignment with the mission of The Salvation Army. You will monitor health and treat residents, ensuring both physical and emotional well-being. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and collaborate with external health professionals to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical nursing care to residents

• Assess and monitor individual treatment plans

• Administer prescribed medication and observe conditions

• Prepare necessary equipment and supplies

• Ensure accurate and complete resident records

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Currently registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience

• Preferred experience in hospice or palliative care

• Consent to background and vulnerable sector screening
