This critical nursing role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. As a Registered Nurse, you'll work independently while utilizing your expertise in a fast-paced, post-anaesthetic setting. You will participate in hospital committees and advance your clinical skills overtime through continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to critically ill patients
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Maintain and demonstrate clinical competence
• Participate in research projects and hospital committees
• Enhance life quality for clients and families
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Critical care nursing program completion or 2 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and BCCNM standards
• Ability to assess and manage critical situations
• Basic computer literacy for patient care systems
