Vancouver Coastal Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse in their Special Care Nursery. This role requires dedication to the highest standards of nursing and a collaborative spirit to work alongside medical teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and implement care for neonatal patients
• Document clinical findings and nursing interventions accurately
• Work cohesively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate families on care procedures and supports
• Address conflicts and unexpected challenges proactively
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized nursing program
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Completion of a neonatal nursing certificate and relevant experience
• Proficient in medical equipment and communication
• Ability to handle physical demands of nursing
