As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide independent nursing care while collaborating with other professionals. You'll engage in activities such as assessing patient needs, implementing nursing plans, and working with clients and families to ensure their comfort and understanding. You'll also maintain high standards of nursing practice as per BCCNM guidelines, supporting complex care cases when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and document outcomes

• Collaborate with nursing teams for care continuity

• Deliver educational support to patients and families

• Execute care plans and modify as necessary

• Uphold BCCNM nursing standards in practice

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration required

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to perform necessary physical tasks

• Strong ability to manage and organize nursing duties
