Join our dedicated nursing team within the Out of Hours Urgent Care service. This Band 7 role requires advanced clinical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. Candidates with significant post-registration experience in primary care are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those possessing autonomous practice capabilities, including Advanced Paramedic Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care during weekday nights and weekends
• Utilize extensive clinical knowledge to solve patient problems
• Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Support service improvements through role-specific expertise
Requirements:
• Extensive post-registration nursing experience
