As a Clinical Practice Leader (CPL) at Scarborough Health Network, you will take a strategic role in enhancing clinical practice across various healthcare areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing teams, fostering professional development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for clinical practice leadership
• Mentor healthcare staff to enhance performance and skills
• Oversee the development of educational initiatives for staff
• Ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standards
• Collaborate in policy development and clinical practice integration
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
• At least three years of clinical leadership experience
• Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Knowledgeable in quality assurance and education methodologies
