Pediatric LPN Night Shift

This role does not involve travel between clients, allowing you to focus solely on delivering the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized, family-centered care in patients' homes
• Collaborate with families to enhance care plans
• Maintain clinical standards to ensure patient safety
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Support families through challenging health situations
Requirements:
• Active license with BCCNM required
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Compassionate and caring attitude essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules
