Veterinary Technician

Position: Veterinary Technician Opportunity
Pursue a fulfilling role as a Veterinary Technician in our Richmond, British Columbia, practice. This part-time position pays CAD
35.00 per hour, based on experience.

We are in search of an experienced RVT, working 24 to 32 hours weekly with an opportunity to transition to full-time. Key duties include surgical support, patient monitoring, conducting diagnostics, and maintaining medical records. Effective communication with clients and veterinarians is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry

• Monitor patients and offer hands-on care

• Conduct patient assessments and document vital statistics

• Execute in-house diagnostic tests, including radiographs

• Keep thorough medical records alongside veterinarians

Requirements:

• RVT certification required

• Experience with small-animal procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

• A commitment to professionalism and reliability
