Quality Assurance Manager in Manufacturing

We are searching for a decisive Quality Assurance Manager with extensive QA/QC experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing. In this leadership role, you will direct a team of QC Inspectors, handle audits, and serve as the go-to authority for quality issues. Your commitment to continuous improvement will directly impact our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QC Inspectors

• Maintain EBCO's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

• Oversee internal and external quality audits

• Serve as primary authority on quality decisions

• Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years in QA/QC within manufacturing

• 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of fabrication and welding quality

• Experience managing customer quality requirements

• Canadian work rights required
